Description

KONE LCECPU561 Assembly KM773390G03 G04 G05 G06
Finding another board marked “LCECPU561” does not complete the replacement process.
The original assembly may be labelled KM773390G03, KM773390G04, KM773390G05 or KM773390G06. KONE identifies all four references as LCECPU561 PCB assemblies used within compatible LCE elevator control systems. However, each G-number should be treated as a specific assembly version.
Before the Old Board Is Removed
It is useful to record the controller condition while the original PCB is still installed. Take photos showing the connected plugs, removable devices, jumper positions and any handwritten commissioning labels.
The following information should be kept with the enquiry:
complete KM773390Gxx number
LCECPU561 marking
elevator and controller model
front and rear PCB photos
connector locations
removable memory or configuration devices
jumper and switch positions
software or revision labels
original fault description
repair history
required quantity
Replacement Status Needs Attention
Official KONE listings indicate that KM773390G03, G04 and G06 have been replaced in the parts system. This does not mean that any later LCECPU561 board can be installed directly without checking the elevator configuration.
When an updated or alternative assembly is proposed, the technician should confirm:
Whether the existing parameters can be retained or transferred
Whether removable memory devices must be moved from the old PCB
Whether the software and controller version are compatible
Whether additional commissioning is required after installation
The G05 version should also be ordered by its complete part number rather than by the family name alone.
Before fitting a replacement PCB, inspect the controller power supply, grounding, plugs and nearby LCE modules. A damaged supply or shorted external circuit may cause the replacement board to fail again.
Installation and final functional testing should be completed by qualified elevator personnel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are KM773390G03, G04, G05 and G06 interchangeable?
Not automatically. They share the LCECPU561 family name, but the assembly version, software, configuration and installed devices should be confirmed before replacement.
What does “replaced” mean on the KONE parts page?
It indicates that the original part has a later replacement route in the KONE parts system. It does not prove that the replacement can be installed without configuration work.
Should memory components be transferred from the old board?
That depends on the installed version and controller setup. Photograph all removable devices and labels before removing anything.
Can the board be supplied by only searching “LCECPU561”?
The family name helps identify the product, but the complete KM773390G03, G04, G05 or G06 number is still required for accurate checking.
